VNYU “Boston Concert Giveaway” Contest - Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

This Contest (“Promotion”) is sponsored byBlinkgame Inc (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the Greater Boston Area who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void outside the eligible area and where prohibited by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins at October 29, 2025 and ends when the VNYU app reaches 1,000 eligible entries or at December 15, 2025, whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by completing one (1) of the following methods: (a) App Entry: Download the VNYU app and register for an account. Each eligible registration counts as one (1) entry into the drawing. (b) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without downloading the app, send an email support@vnyu.info with the subject line “VNYU Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. Email entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and may result in disqualification.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 prepaid card or equivalent cash credit (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All taxes and any other costs not specifically stated herein are the responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor within [X days] after the app reaches 1,000 downloads (or at the end of the Promotion Period, whichever comes first). The potential winner will be notified by phone / text and must respond within 7 days to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. If no response is received within that period, or if the selected entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city/state, and entry for advertising, promotional, or publicity purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Promotion.

11. DISPUTES

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. Any legal claims arising from or relating to this Promotion shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal court located in Massachusetts.

12. PRIVACY

Personal information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://vnyu.info/privacy.html and will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion.

13. WINNER’S LIST

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: 337 Connway Ave, Los Angeles CA 90024 Attn: “VNYU Boston Giveaway Winner,” within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
